Custom Closet

Let’s Design your Dream Closet

Master Bedroom Walk In Closet Design by Lena Lalvani
  • FIRST: Take stock of your Inventory & figure out what you need to store. Then consider alternate storage spaces- Do you have an entry closet for your coats & shoes instead of placing these in your main closet? Or could you use a chest of drawers as a furniture piece inside your bedroom?

  • SECOND: Identify your Inventory: Do you have long items to hang like evening dresses, coats, jumpsuits, or robes? Or do you have mostly short items to hang like blouses, shirts, skirts, jackets, & fold over pants? What do you need to store on shelves: Handbags, hats, sweaters, sweatshirts, teeshirts, jeans, shoes, boots? And what do you want to store in drawers: jewelry, underwear, socks, nylons, teeshirts, pajamas?

  • THIRD: Edit your Inventory. You should pull everything out of your closet & sort the items into these three categories:

  • What you would like to KEEP

  • What you would like to DONATE

  • What you would like to DISCARD
